Publisher's Description
ABC/WebView is a tab-based multi-window desktop management application with an integrated layout control system. It facilitates the viewing of both multiple web pages and documents in a single browser window. Each tab offers a multiple of windows which can hold anything from a web page to a Microsoft Office document to a Java applet. You can even open multiple web sites through a built in online Layout Wizard which is constantly updated with the best sites for the categories you show interest in. It also has a smart popup killer that intelligently blocks all those annoying popups automatically but doesn't interfere with the normal opening of a new window. Powerful window management features such as slimline borders, floating windows, snap-to, scroll-locking, auto-reload, and dynamic resizing all enhance your experience.

on the way to being purely excellent..! it may lack the extra features of some of the other variations on multi browsers but in my experience they bring the risk of spyware and loads of incompatability problems. i've tries avant, opera, myie2, firebird and all the rest but this one is different. looks really basic but i think this is aimed at business users since its so stable and usefully functional. i use it on our intranet every day. the sign up is a pain but i've had no spam at all and it doesnt even appear to ever expire - you just get a new version every now and then. i even emailed them and they said they werent selling it yet! shame, cos i cant deploy freeware to others

Interesting variation on the multi-tab web browser theme. Of particular interest is the ability to view multiple pages on one tab and also lock down the position in a window and remove window decoration to make several pages appear more like one.
Still needs some work to make it work seamlessly, but overall a good idea with several unusual features.
