With the new release of GSpot supporting mpegs more than ever, GSpot can give you much more info about avi and mpeg than AVIcodec. However AVIcodec gives you some info on wmv and asf that GSpot can't and probably won't either. V good.

I've been using this for years. I switched from GSpot a couple years ago and haven't looked back. Both are good programs, but AVICodec works on some videos that GSpot can't handle. Both are worth 5 stars, but I no longer have a need for the other one. AVICodec is the best at what it does!

It's a very good tool. Although GSpot is good to use, sometimes (in certain circumstances) it's better to use this. Very good.

NOT BAD AT ALL for a Beta release.
Though the interface looks NOT 2005, it's very usable and straight to the point.
In practice, I was able to analyse a video file (used to crash windows even by highlighting the file in explorer!!!) and guess what! i was able to play and burn the file.
I'm very IMPRESSED. Good work.
