Customizable with lots of features!
I've downloaded over 20 address book programs, and I chose this one. It's easy to use with a nice interface. And it's loaded with features. "Save for web" option is great!

OK, repeat after me: the "usefulness factor" of a piece of software is inversely proportionate to the length of the article that touts its usefulness.
