Publisher's Description

Ac Browser Plus is a Multi Window File Manager. It gives you the possibility to work with as many open folders as you want, in one application, which is in contrast to dual panel file managers. It offers you a rich set of tools for navigating your computer, image handling (viewing and conversion) and finding files. All of this in the convenient multi-panel user interface, with standard keyboard shortcuts, full Drag&Drop support and with a lot of unique solutions, giving you the ability to manage your disk resources faster and easier than ever.

Nice stuff, moreover, the author made a free version of the program available on his webpage. Plus I like that he is very honest and do not rate his applications 5/5.

With so much good freeware out there, it's difficult for me to justify paying for shareware. Of all the file managers I've tried (and I've tried almost everything from Directory Opus to Magellan to you-name-it), AC Browser Plus has earned my money. It's very well-written with good, RESPONSIVE support from the author; easy to use; feature-packed; AND it ain't bloatware!

Kudos, Konrad!

Forgive me my English.

This version requires MFC71.dll and msvcr71.dll libraries, it _may_ happen that they are missing on your system, if so - then you may download them from here: http://www.konradp.com/other-stuff/
And then copy them to your system folder (usually C:\Windows\System32)
Of course final release version will install this libraries if necessary.

Konrad, author.

p.s. Betanews required me to rate the program, I gave it "neutral" 3.

After about a month, so far so good. It's pretty busy but worked well for me and does actually have a lot of nice features. Only thing I couldn't get to work was the file renaming. His website says there is an updated version coming out soon. Look forward to trying it.
