Pros:
- motivates very well by allowing you to set up your own goals and then creating project and tasks lists to get things done.
- is based on David Allen´s GTD and Stephen Covey´s "7 Habits"
- great customer support
- pretty cool: you can create detailed task lists for your projects and then simply drag & drop the tasks in the "weekly schedule section".
Cons:
- some learning curve (if you want to use all of the features)
- startup and scrolling is a bit slow due to Framenet
