Hi,what about me i prefer use LoginTrap.It’s tool can capture every login events by using iSight. And i can see what he do.Moreover notify me about login events by email. In my opinion it's really good tool)

Screen shots are still not encrypted.

It's great in many ways, but it doesn't encrypt any of the logs or screen shots it creates. When you monitor users, do you want the logs and screen shots saved in the clear? Me neither.

It's not the cheapest in this category, but it's very refined and easy to use.
