I'm sure this programs does something spectacular. I just cant figure out exactly what that is. I've used XSLT to create programming language code generators before and found that while yes, it is useful to have something that takes in XML code and translates it into multitudes of code, writing the xslt templates to do that takes considerably more skill than writing the code by hand.
Bugs immediately noticed:
(1) Immediately on startup, on connection dialog, everything is in english except the 'aceptar' and 'cancelar' buttons.
(2) Not really a bug, but it only works with MSXML. Would prefer to be able to plug in my own XSLT engine since my xslt extensions are not supported by MSXML.
(3) In Help file: Standard, pro, and Enterprise versions of this product have the same features. WooHoo! pay for 'standard' get 'enterprise'. I like that pricing scheme!
(4) Help file needs a lot of work. The XSLT reference is a good idfea, and examples are good, but more explanation on what each element does is needed.
(5) User must be reasonably intermediate-level conversant with XML and XSLT to use this program. If you are not, you are better off doing your computer language coding by hand.
(summary) In all, while yes this is a beta, it needs a fair bit more work. I'll give it a 3 for now until it gets more mature.
