You need to collect the given number of the red spheres on each level. When you collect all spheres you need to feed the larva with them. After that, the larva grow up and begin moving to fight with the boss creature. You can collect red spheres in the level or from killing red-white worms, produced by the boss. After killing the boss you advance to the next level.
