Arctic Torrent is a minimal BitTorrent client. It wont have all the pretty features that other Torrent apps have, but focuses on low memory and cpu usage.

Easy installation and clean interface.
Eat also 99% of my CPU while doing nothing since it didn't start downloading any torrent.

Although it's aims are very god and achieves them quite well, there is just a better alternative. µTorrent acheives what this client says it does and more. It's filesize is around the 100kb region and its memoery usage hasn't gone beyond 4mb on my PC. There are also a lot of features seen in Azureus and other bloated clients. Arctic one just doesn't have enough features for the filesize imo.
