Try Identify! from Imptec software - only around $15 and does all this does and more!

Try Call Blocker. I too have a Zoom v92 modem (PCI though) and it works great. nothing fancy about it, just a caller ID pop-up. But what you do get is the ability to block any calls you do not wish to receive. I have been using it for a very long time and have found none other that work as simply. It used to be available here on BetaNews but the product is out of production now. iJen, the company that wrote it doesnt even list it on their website now, but direct links to it on the server are still around. It is shareware, and cheap, but worth it. I am posting a link to it below. Good luck.

I often use my wife's PC as a Caller ID box while she's at work, unfortunately almost every Caller ID software product I've ever tried has mistakenly listed her modem as UNSUPPORTED for Caller ID features.
Her modem is very current and mainstream (Zoom V.92 USB-mini Model: 3090 w/newest drivers) but the only software that works with it is a simple java-based application called Virtual-CID. That particular application has absolutely no trouble using the Zoom 3090 modem for CID detection but offers only very basic features.
Am I going to replace a perfectly good modem because of this? I doubt it. Maybe eventually someone will do a little checking and add better modem support to one of the CID offerings.
