AssetManage makes use of an intuitive interface to let you organize and store records of assets belonging to your company or organization. Instantly see all items that belong to a particular location, department or category by clicking within the programs Location or Category tree window. Attach images to your items from a scanner, the Clipboard, or a .jpg or .bmp file. Your data can be easily exported to HTML or a Microsoft Access or Excel compatible database file. Other nice features include print preview, tracking of expenses related to an item, and the ability to check which warranties will expire in a particular time frame. It allows you to track expenses related to an item. You can also create custom queries and reports in multiple formats.
