Delphi is not required, nor is the BS1 source code for Delphi. The program requirements are minimal: if you can run Windows you can run BS1. The source code is available for programmers who wish to use BS1 in their custom applications royalty-free.

Maybe free but need to be running Delphi source code $2000 bucks plus.
Check out their site.
For lack of more information and what needs to be run with this program I have to rate it for a bad description of what else it needs to run
