Dude, don't rate it low because you can't read. This one is the plugin for BETANEWS (i.e. news articles). You want the plugin for FILEFORUM (i.e. programs). It's linked above, right next to the words, "...it's a perfect companion for..."

BetaNews Search Plugin allows for ease of BetaNews.com searches within the Mozilla FireFox browser. It is a perfect compliment to the existing FileForum FireFox Search Plugin.
You'd notice there is another one for searching files.

It's searching articles, not files?
edit: sorry guys. I never visit fileforum, perhaps consider changing the name of these tools? I always thought of fileforum as a waste, since they post *every single* antivirus release and the most obscure of programs. In fact I have a blocking list on betanews so I don't get 90+ programs when they show up here. My bad.
