Bird Dog EIS is an email tracking system that gives you the ability to gain valuable information about the emails you send using your existing Microsoft Outlook email program. Every email sent is coded with its own identity. This identity enables communication with our database the moment that emails are opened. Using this technology you will know as your email recipients open your email (every time they open it), access the links inside your email and/or forward your email to additional recipients. It works with both group and individual emails. Since this technology is designed to function as a “One Button Solution.” you don’t have to transfer your contact data into a new database. You simply send emails the same way that you have always sent them. As it collects information for you, we send it to you immediately via email or cell phone. We also compile it into a comprehensive, easy-to-access database where it can be reviewed and evaluated.
