I was looking for a tool that I could install at work that would let me see problems before they happened. This BETA has some good features for a first release. I would like to see more tools and a monitor for Apple OS. I have WIN and RH systems that I have tested this on. It works as advertised. I recommend it for people who don't want to spend time on trying to figure out what is wrong after it happens.

I just downloaded this tool a few days ago and could not believe how easy it was to install. I am going to install this at one of my customer's on Tuesday. I tried to break this BETA version and found it to be very solid! I am going to recommend that we use this for all our customers. When is the official release?

This is a good program to provide to your small and medium sized clients as a partner for on-site field services. I am reviewing this to add to our suite of solutions for clients. Proactive management allows us to dispatch our field service engineers to solve any problems that might be identified with this software. So far, this meets our criteria for such an application. Plus it is easy to use and install.

This software was not only easy to use, but it is all that it is advertised! I installed it to 5 systems to monitor. Within 15 minutes they were all reporting to the dashboard and I am impressed with the nice user interface. This is a tool that can help me proactively manage my network. I am testing it for another week, but so far, no bugs. Good stuff! I recommend this for novice AND expert users. Why get a complicated tool when this one gives me time to do other things? 2 thumbs up!!!
