Pros: Firewall and AV was OK. Price is right. I originally started using this suite in 2007 and it worked fine back then on one my my PC's.
Cons: I had to remove it after a bad data file locked my 2 computers. It took all day to fix it. I had to reconfigure both of my PC's, 1 was brand new. Blink disabled the Dell programs dock and support center on the new PC (on the 2nd day of owning). When I went to uninstall it there was no installer on either PC, but the program was listed on the add/remove programs module. Individuals with new PC's, stay away from Blink until they figure out what has gone wrong.
Summary: It used to be very good. Now it's bad, and when it's bad, it's unbelievably bad.

I have beeen using Blink now for over two years and have been completely satisfied with it! This is definetely a tool that any skilled computer user or System Administrator would want to have to secure their Information Systems.
This is one of the few security applications that is aimed at protecting its users from Vulnerabilities in software from being exploited.
Blink Personal Edition 4.4.1 has recently been released!

I expect Blink to be a strong contender in this field (based on its developer, as I have used Iris and Retina in the past) when its bugs are worked out. Internal Error 2378 during installation (BlackICE, ZAAS and NOD32 - latest versions of each - install without issue) is not the best way to intro a new PC security suite to the market. Minimal use of resources? Not according to its 39MB installer. Three out of five for what I expect to be the premier freeware security suite for Windows.
