It would be nice if boilsoft would put both their media splitter and media joiner utilities into one product.

This program does what it says, but the interface limits you quite alot. It needs to be spruced up, and more user-friendly (for not only novice users, but for experienced users as well).

Boilsoft Lies About Upgrades Being Free
Boilsoft, on its Web site, claims to provide free upgrades for registered users forever. I'm a paid registered user of Version 4.48 but Boilsoft refuses to provide a reg-code for Version 4.81. I've sent them eight emails, with copies of my paid invoice, asking for the promised free registration code, but it refuses to respond. No "yes' replies, No "no" replies. Nothing! It's as if my emails vanish into thin air. However, when I send emails, under a different name, inquiring about their upgrade policies, they promptly respond that as per their Web site, upgrades for registered users are free forever. That is an outright lie. If you buy this product, be prepared to pay for it every time an upgrade is issued, which is often. Boilsoft's claim that upgrades for registered users are free forever is FALSE! For this reason and only this reason I'm rating it "low."
