While the software may work it is expensive. The company has horrible customer service, if any. There is absolutely no contact information on their website. Any legitimate company would have this information posted. There area also a lot of customer complaints regarding this company.

needed to recover a lost file, and this recovered it easily and quickly. And since it was only 512k, i was able to recover it free! thanks!
