I had major errors with update virus database. Request tech support,and she provide me two ways to resolve,try it,but unsuccessful, request another support ticket, but tech support ban my login and pass,avoid next question about own product. This guys is really sucks. Consider to remove Bullguard and install another AV product worked properly.

I have had a Subscription to BullGuard for 5 years now!
