CPUEater is a CPU consuming application. It launches threads at normal priority in a background process running itself in a normal priority class. Those threads then consume every CPU cycle they can get access to for the configured amount of time.

This was created to show the efficacy of Process Lasso's ProBalance algorithm at retaining PC responsiveness during high loads, but now has extended uses, such as load testing.
