I had no problems downloading or installing the software. I put in american beauty and almost started ripping it, but then realized that i already had a divx of it, so i swapped it for Vanilla Sky. The software crashed shortly after i swapped the disks. It crashes every time i open it wil vanilla sky in th dvd drive. I'll test it out again with american beauty and post another review as to how that went.

not tried the program yet since it says partial conversion and want to check what that means, but the web site works fine so dont know what you doing wrong.

Program Crashes offten ... a bit odd for a v1.4.

It is difficult to rate something when the vendor cant supply a working link to download from. My rating so far: Bad First Impression.
