Dekart Secrets Keeper is a security solution for the Windows Explorer and Microsoft Office environment. It enables you to encrypt and decrypt any type of files including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents in order to keep the information safe from unauthorized viewing and manipulation. Encrypted files can only be accessed by entering the correct password, or PIN if you are using the hardware key feature and after successful biometric authentication. Without the password or PIN, and biometric authentication the encrypted file is completely unreadable. Only those who have the password and know the PIN to the USB key or smart card are allowed to decrypt the files so even if someone steals your PC, they still can't read your files.
