This is a nice idea for an app, but it needs to follow the established standards in AR600-9, in that, you are required to have at a minimum, 2 tapes for each section, 3 if the entries dont match for the first two. I also dont think this should be shareware as this can be done very easily on several websites, and there are several other freeware spreadsheets that can do this very same thing
