Directory Snoop is a forensic search, recovery, and wipe utility for Windows. Recover erased files and data from individual clusters. Display raw directory structures and purge erased file names left behind. Snoop through files and clusters with advanced search functions. Wipe sensitive data to prevent recovery. Directory Snoop works on uncompressed FAT12, FAT16, and FAT32 formatted hard drives, floppy disks, Zip/Jaz drives, flashcards, etc.

Does not support CD or DVD ROM!

Directory Snoop 4.0 doesn't support NTFS. So, it gets a poor rating. If a great automobile were released, but that automobile required leaded gasoline (which is not available anymore), I'd rate it poorly. It may be good in many ways, but it's behind the times and, in that light, poorly designed.
