DocToHtml is the utility which converts MS Word documents into clean compact web HTML/XHTML pages, preserving all or selected formatting.

It actually shows you a dialog box with warning about incompatibility with 64-bit Office if such an Office version is the default Office version on the target machine (PC). It nevertheless allows one to proceed the installation, for the case if the user later will decide to install 32-bit Office. This is not an error.

Does not warn you that it will only work with 32bit Office before installation... forcing you to waste your time installing only to have to then turn arround and uninstall... pretty lame job by the installation development staff.
