Kill the bugs in the jar with your patented pills. The problem is that you know what will kill the bugs, but you don't know which pill you are going to get next. It could help, it could hurt. Sixteen levels of infection, complete with placebos, and selectable difficulty.

Rubbish.
1 - it's a big waste of screen space, the window is needlessly large.
2 - graphics are terrible, I can do better in paintbrush.
3 - Once in the game, I didn't manage to get back to the menu,
3 - it's 6MB install! This is not justified for such a game
4 - it uses ALL you available CPU power! Since my system was idle, task manager reported a mighty 99% CPU usage...
5 - ... and 26MB to 30MB memory usage!
6 - it needs to use ticks for timing, on my machine, even at slowest speed, it's way too fast.
There's probably much more to say, but I uninstalled this thing promptly after noticing the aforementionned points.
Conclusion: a poor piece of coding which in addition suffers from bad design. Do yourself a favour and do not bother, even if you like alpha testing.
