Drunken Clock starts-up with an Icicle-faced moving clock that "ticks" like a Grandfather Clock as it moves about your screen. The ever-moving clock face appears distorted as if you were viewing it while under water. It initially starts-up with the translucent clock face superimposed on a beautiful winter forest snow scene. The program allows for background changes as well as other appearance and behavior options including support for "skins." You can write your text message and it will run as ticker.
