These query builder features are usually built into the database management applications. What EMS have done is fragment the features that should be included their MySql manager out into separate apps. Thereby gouging more money from end users.
EMS also have separate apps like Data Comparer (HAHA are you kidding me?), Data Generator (FFS!!), there should be integrated into the main manager app.
Shameless and infuriating. SqlYog has all these built into an excellent UI for a lot less money.

HOLY C**P $49 for a program that should take no longer than a couple days to write. and there is a free program at mysql.com that does this and MUCH more. wow good luck to the developer I guess.
