Easy Control is a script engine has a very easy to learn syntax, very much the same with the BASIC language. Use it to for receiving and sending data through PC's RS 232 ports; waiting for specific data, analyze and make decisions, extract useful data; sending data in various ways (for example send same data n times); implementing data logging with microcontrollers (like Microchip's PIC family); bridging data through serial ports; and sending messages over a TCP/IP network. Together with Rack Designer Easy Control also makes a versatile and cheap solution for virtual instrumentation.
