Easy Settings is the most simple and easy to use .NET library you'll find to manage the user preferences for your application built with VB.NET, C# and maybe any other .NET language that I have no knowledge about. This library is as easy and straightforward to use as to merely place all your settings as properties in a single class. Their values will be stored into an XML file for easy reading and manual modification.
