I am the author of the program.
----
why would I pay for software that does what I can set in OE's options?
----
Unfortunately, OE has so many security flaws, that setting
just right options won't help. Each version of OE has different holes, eg OE 2002 has tag buffer overflow,
5.x versions have iframe + MIME header problems, there is nothing required to run the virus - neither opening an attachment nor having JavaScript turning on. Also in many versions (still in use) disabling JavaScript will disable that in the browser.
There are number of other problems as well. Please see bugtrack or CERT sites for complete list.
--------------
Sorry, I had to give it a rating of 5, but I am sure I am fair.
Paul.

This is more of a question than review. From reading what the program does, why would I pay for software that does what I can set in OE's options? Maybe I'm missing something, I'll admit, but the brief description surely doesn't entice me to even d/l and try it.
