Emu Browser is a program launcher that makes use of user-designed launch pages. The launch pages you design can contain a wallpaper bitmap, plain text, and up to 24 hyperlinks. Hyperlinks point to local documents, executables, other launch pages, and even web pages. The use of this program can be restricted using a simple, password-based security system.
