EssienCafe allows Internet cafe owners to control access to the various terminals in their cafe using a single centralised server. Accounts can be created and time and bandwidth allocated to the users. When the time or bandwidth of the user is finished, the user gets logged out and has to pay for more time. The program can also be used to control access to private computers.
