So many alternate file browsers...
What makes this one stand out, especially considering it isn't free?
Nothing - there's better choices out there both free and certainly pay. I see no reason whatsoever to run this program, let alone pay for someone's comp sci class project.
(edit - just noticed how old this file upload is. Yet it was showing up on the "new releases" list among items from Jan 2008. Go figure.)
