I'm not sure any program deserves a 5, but this one comes close. It does exactly what it says it will and does it well. Stable, small, easy!

A great utility with a lot of potential. Unfortunately it has shown no signs of life or development for almost 3 years. I really wish they'd continue development. With some tweaks and features I'd gladly pay for it. The acceleration parts of it are not as useful as being able to see all the connections your browser is making, wether any data is being transfered, being able to kill connections selectively, copy URL's to clipboard, traceroute, ping and look up domains. It also has the added feature of setting your clock to atomic time.
