Too expensive for what it offers. Also, there is no ability to configure the position of the preview pane, which is something basic when it comes to image viewers.

However, it is fast and the interface is nice. Xnview offers more than Firegraphic for free.

Because the support don't answer, I will use now ThumbsPlus 7.
It is a litte bit cheaper, has same (and more) functions and you can use it in a few languages.
A good alternative was XNVIEW or IrfanVIEW.
But test it and form an opinion.

Very nice picture viewer. Fast, with just the right *light* editing and printing options for a picture viewer. It's a better product than ACDSee, IrfanView, and most of the rest. However, I can not recommend buying Firegraphic. Why? Because the very best picture viewer on the market is FastStone Image Viewer, which is totally free. I wouldn't want to be the Firegraphic author. It's got to hurt when your entire market is suddenly and totally hosed.

I'll stick with XnView.

I have support probs too. Sorry, but I want ask you; want you really order and pay for software, if the author(s) not answer at your questions ??? - What is this for a manner?? No, I do not support this behavior.

Unstable and virtually no support available. No one replies to multiple e-mails to request support.

Good image viewer, fast and easy to use. Better performance than ACDSee 4.x, IMHO.

May be a decent program, but it seems only to cover the States. It would help if this was made clear to save the 20MB download from Microsoft just to run it if you happen to live anywhere else in the world. (See captainahab comment below)
