Brilliant little utility. I found the same small issue when exiting the program as bobad. But it seems to do no harm,.

Useful app. Small and portable, which is always desirable. Should be great for restoring function to computers that have been damaged by "fake antivirus" or "ransomware" Trojans. My friends are notorious for biting on those, and I'm always stuck with fixing them. :(
Unfortunately, there's an unsettling glitch in the program. When you launch the program and make no changes, when you exit the program it asks for a re-boot to execute your changes! What changes? I hope it doesn't make any changes without specifically clicking "Fix"!
Take care of that little glitch and it gets a solid 5 stars!

It automatically detects Win 7 or Vista systems.
