FlashPhoenix is an application that salvages images from digital cameras or flash memory cards. The program first scans selected storage media, identifying all recoverable photographs. It then displays them as thumbnails. It can read all popular flash cards, including, but not limited to: SmartMedia, CompactFlash, Memory Stick, MicroDrive, xD Picture Card Flash Card, PC Card, Multimedia Card, Secure Digital Card. The program can also recover lost AVI, MOV, MPG/MPEG and other files from formatted, damaged, unreadable or defective flash storage media.
