Publisher's Description
ForceBindIP allows you to force almost any Windows application into using a specific interface / IP address. This is done through the use of an injected DLL that intercepts Winsock function calls and (re)binds any sockets that the target application tries to use.

Works simply. Also, I found that binding an application to the 127.0.0.1 interface effectively blocks the application from making connections to the internet as far as I can see and that's a welcome util to have at hand if you don't have a firewall installed.
