FreeMP3 Player is a full-featured audio player for Windows. MP3, OGG Vorbis, WAV, and Audio CD playback are supported in a slick, fully skinnable interface. It also supports SHOUTcast and Icecast streaming audio and RTP streaming, and features a 10-band graphic equalizer. M3U and PLS playlist support, CD metadata lookup, and a file manager are all integrated in the program.

1.) As others have pointed out, it's not freeware. It's spyware. Not only that, but it appears that the spyware it installs isn't even disclosed in the EULA. Very bad form, IMO.
2.) Besides the spyware, I couldn't see any difference between this program and Zinf ( http://www.zinf.org ).
