FutureWare Personal Diabetes Monitor maintains a history of daily blood glucose, ketone level, excercise, and insulin readings which are displayed in a color-coded bar chart. These can be printed in bargraph, linegraph, or tabular form, which can be faxed to a physician or other health providers office. The readings can also be emailed to a physician or other health provider for remote monitoring.
