Sorry, but this program just has too many problems to be really useful. After struggling with GalleryGrabber for a week (crashes, truncated images etc) I managed to find "Bulk Image Downloader" which does what GalleryGrabber tries to do, but does it right, plus it supports almost all image host sites including imagefap! Try this link:

I was looking for some program like this for ages, thanks a lot to the author, it works perfect with imageshack & imagevenue, I give it 3 only because it lacks of many basic options like:
- Download all images without notifications after each downloaded image
- An option to create a log after finish all downloads
- Auto-Rename images (add a prefix or suffix automatically, is really painful have to save it with a new name manually)
- Allow multiple threads (it will improve the speed a lot)
With the addition of these options the program would be perfect.
Otherwise it has a bug, if you want to download several galleries you need to reestart the program every time you finish a gallery, if you don't do this when you enter the second gallery address the program will retrieve the links of the first gallery. An option to "create new project" will solve this.
It's a great programs but it needs development.
GalleryGrabber has not be updated since july of past year, I hope that the author still working on the project.

Problem with the version number, the downloaded file says 1.5, not 1.5.1. Before all, it doesn't even start (???). What is this ?

I love this program and am very happy with the update. However, with the alert popping up for every image it's kind of ridiculous. I used to do like 100 images at a time, but now I have to click 'ok' before each download... Please please please remove it!

A good little app. Nice that it will grab links from forums and such, and nice that it does the popular image hosts.
The only things that bring down the score from me is that it shows a dialog with the filename and an ok button before every downlad so you have to babysit it, and there's no option to turn those off.
A small readme would also be good, though it's pretty clear how things work.
Still it beats the old process of click, r-click, save as.
Improvements I'd like to see:
Option to turn off pre-dl nagging.
Thumbs in the program window.
Clipboard monitoring.
Add one or two of those and then I'd give it a five.

This application is awesome! it saves from ImageVenue, ImageHigh, PaintedOver, I don't know of any other app that can save from those websites, there are lots that can save from Imageshack, but not those 3.
5 Stars easily! :D
