Publisher's Description
GetRightToGo lets you customize and build a small EXE that a user could download, which in turn when run it would download one or more files. The small EXE has the expected features like pausing and resuming, but also can Accelerate a download, do error checking, and more. It can even support BitTorrent downloads. It is very versatile and can handle from a single developer with one file to download, to a whole website that wants to do a customized shopping-cart of downloads on-the-fly for each user.

It is to let websites like BetaNews have their Download Cart build a list of dozens of files, then have one small download (built by this GetRightToGo tool) that would download all the files from your cart.
Or it could help download CD/DVD sized files with everybody being able to resume, so no broken downloads after a couple hundred MB.
It's not for adware/spyware.
