Publisher's Description
Ghrone is a skinnable clock that will take advantage of Windows 2000/XP's transparency capabilities: it's a real see-through (not just see-around) clock for Windows. You can choose to display it on top of other windows or the desktop; to make it more or less opaque; to make it movable or click-through (so you can still directly access the windows behind it); and choose between a number of skins, smaller or bigger. It is easy to install (just unzip it anywhere) and to configure (integrated, intuitive options dialog).

I'm a skeptacle person so I decided to find out what all the hype is about surrouding this program just to discover that it lives up to the hype. One great piece of software! Keep it free :D

Great Program! I didn't think I would like it, but gave it a shot and now it is a staple on my system.

Ok, so I really have no choice but to rate myself :) Since everyone gave me a 5, I'll do the same.
I had written "the first transparent clock", and I edited the description after Trizub's comment.
So I thank Trizub for the info - I didn't mean to be bragging, I just didn't know about Winstep.
So I'm left with Ghrone being the first freeware or standalone clock with this functionality, and I'm happy with it :o)
And anyway, thanks for all the kind comments :)

Not trying to be a smartie, but your app is not truly the first clock to take advantage of transparency in 2k/XP. Winstep has a clock feature in their product "Workshelf." It has the click through features your clock does as well.
Although you may not be the first, I hope you can be the best. Good luck with your development.
