GoDown is a Windows shutdown utility that can be left to idle safely in the system tray awaiting your command. GoDown is quite customizable throught the settings page, allowing you to toggle confirmation of specific tasks, set the action delay, set the default tray-menu item and have GoDown start automatically when Windows starts.
