Not much of an IE fan. One thing I found, bout these frontend browsers. Is that they cover the flaws and bugs, in IE. Still the downside is the delay. UGH.

In my top 4 web browsers for its features and ability to add IE addons / plugins.
Down side: **Seems to go through hiccups NOT crash just stalls for 1 or 2 seconds when handling quick or lots of files as in favorites or using mouse instead of arrow icons in trying to switch a tab /pg too quickly. **Or a little bothersome feature it was its blue close icon on each tab that seemed too sensitive thus close tabs by accident BUT it has an option to edit that icon on / off an example of how micro-option rich it is. **Trying to see if the search window can remain active even if i move the cursor away in default setting it seems to need the cursor over the window to type into that window. **Fix the text size TIC box it seems not to stay as choosen.
Up Side: **An unexpected feature titled the "collection window" presents a floating icon placed on the screen like other programs usually that floating icon triggers to place the program in the TASKBAR [clock area] but it can also make the browser fully disappear no icon in task bar. **Its search highlighter stays on "continuous highlighting" even when turning pgs, **accepts plugins from other plugin makers **one can save FLASH via drag n drop[in most cases] **If you highlights words while using "enhanced drag" a micro pop up with search, highlight, dictionary, wordfind appears next to your cursor. **LUV!!! the really customizable page AUTO-SCROLL, if you read books on the net or on a browser has true snail speed just adjust by going to OPTIONS>TOOLS.
gets a 5 for creative yet still useful functions
gets a 3.9 for stability
gets a 4 for well organized presentation
add to that 3.6 slices of pizza just made [.3 fell into garbage can, .1 stolen by my NYc roaches...HEY!, they had a sharp...butter knife]
total avgD:4.125 rounded down to 4.
