This is NOT a reminder program. It just opens multiple little note windows that are resizable, just like the picture provided in the screenshot. While the windows are resizable, it is difficult to move them around.
I rate this program a 2, because its not very useful with its current set of features. Most of all, I am very angry with the developer for posting this as "freeware" because it IS NOT. I had to go through the trouble of reviewing this and uninstalling it so that he doesnt trick other people into installing it also.
