Hotspot Builder is an editor of segmented hyper graphics files which are used in help systems. It allows to create hotspots which can be links to topics, popup links and help macros. Also the program has a screen capture tool, works with several files simultaneously and can communicate with Help Development Studio. It is a very convenient tool that makes application help more visual.
