This program is great for any helpdesk wanting to be more effecient and user friendly. Techs with oversized egos need not download or comment. A $100 reg fee is worth it compared to the payed hours I spend walking users through the dialup setup.
I'm a tech for Northern Illinois University and I can't tell you how many calls we get about dialup (especially the first week of school). This is going to save us a lot time. It's much easier to tell the user to go down to the computer lab or come to us and download a program than walk them through each step on the phone.

As a tech supporter for MSU i can say that this program is going to save us tons of money on copying costs for the 'dialup networking' packets that we give to the 47,000 students and 11,000 faculty here at MSU. It will probably save us plenty of phone calls a day since it FIXES common DUN errors. Further, the creator is personable and very open to suggestions, this product is only in its 3rd month of developement and I'd venture to say its ready for a big [gold] release.

I help support a Navy Base with 15,000+ users. Many of them need to dialin to connect to the network. This program makes it much easyer for novice computer users to setup their system. Even the best printed directions still result in many calls to the help desk. This product would be very usefull in redusing our calls.

I haven't even tried this program yet but i would like to say something to the 3 d0ods who chose to crack on it... what a bunch of clowns you are. Do you think that everyone is adept at PC usage as you are? Im afraid they aren't and being the Tech Support manager for the largest ISP in the state of Indiana i can tell you that 99% of the people who sign up with us are basicly clueless as to the workings of the internet much less their PC. A small simple little program like this has the potential to save an ISP literaly thoushands of man hours walking I/O's thru setting up DNS and DUNs. I plan to get a copy of this and post a formal review, those of you who don't work at an ISP ans chose to flame it, your waisting your time because those of us who truly know whats up realize your a bunch of idiots, even more so than the poor people i have to deal with on a daily basis.
Now go back to playing Q3 or UT jerkoffs.

So... How hard is it to do all that yourself? Control Panel - Internet Options - Connection... Oh look.. Everything you need, and how to do it. Chances are that if you are a large ISP you have an install program already and if you are a small one you do it manually. And supporting multiple accounts? Thats a refer-to-venfor issue.

I agree with pluralsingularity totally, this program is pretty pointless.
Note to the company that bought it and love it; feel free to contact me next time you want to spend money to do something so simple hahaha

Well I never knew the registration fee was so high. But you don't even need this program you know. It's very easy to achieve what you needed without it. Just a little know how...hehe. I regularly goof on people's systems and they find "Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by xxxx xxxx", the x's being whatever I feel like, hehe. And yes, I can also have the DNS and E-mail portions taken care of, as well as any login and password. All from a simple file. Doulbe click once you're done, and voila! Automated browser and isp settings.

i think they are c++ runtimes but i just found out ya also need Borlndmm.dll to run it...but it works now that i had to find those dlls and it seems pretty cool

I work for a Local ISP Provider, and we needed a program that could install our internet service on ant machine.
This program does it very, VERY well. It takes care of Internet Proprites and Email Accounts. It is a must Download. The only drawback is the $100.00 regeristration fee. All in all it is a great program.
