Image Enhancer is a desktop application based on Image Processing concepts. A total set of 64 basic and complex Image Processing filters are implemented. Moreover, snapshots can be captured using video surveillance camera/webcam attached with the computer. It enables the end users to modify their pictures in several ways by offering numerous filters and effects through a rich GUI which can be utilized in multiple ways, as per the requirements of the end users.
